Why Blog?
I created this blog to be a resource for Arkansas attorneys. The blog will focus on issues raised in Arkansas appellate courts, the Arkansas General Assembly, federal district courts in Arkansas, and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. As for topics, they will vary based on the court opinions available and what subjects interest me on any given day. Through this blog, I hope to generate serious discussions about topics facing Arkansans.
